I checked out Jcpenney to see their New collab with British Designer Lulu Guinness. The whimsical and very British collection focuses on handbags featuring my favorite.. polka dots and bows (hello Kate Spade!) and some small accessories like eyeglass cases, luggage tags, and notepads showcasing London icons.
