Splurge v. Steal - Satchel Bag

Forever 21 is killing it in the handbag department this year. The latest is a beyond affordable version of the Proenza Schouler Satchel all the stylish celebs are carrying. Here's hoping they expand the colors to match the variety of the original ♥
