After seeing this particular bag on Instagram for weeks on other pages, it finally popped up at my store and it really is worth checking out if you are coveting the $1600 designer Chloé bag, and where else can you find a chic knockoff at this price?!

When I saw a picture of Kate Hudson at the "Decades of Glamour" event, I fell head over heels for this gorgeous shade of bright yellow. Paired with white for a fresh and chic look (my favorite kind of style!). Since then, I've seen this vibrant color popping up at virtually every store. I couldn't resist also adding a bit of the Irish with some green and floral for St.Patrick's Day. After finding the Peter Pilotto sunnies at the Target launch, I'm becoming addicted to mod styles and shades to add a super affordable punch to your look.

Weekend Favorites - under $30

I saw so many fresh new arrivals at so many stores this weekend, I can barely keep track of what item was from what store. This list of weekend favorites are things that I am still thinking about and are my shopping wish list.

Clearly mint and polka dots are at the top of my list and yet another tote from Forever 21 looks like real leather and could pass for a designer bag in person! These past two weeks I've been at Old Navy more times that I can remember and my favorite affordable pants are on sale this week, pick some up if you get a chance. I have been seeing so many kimono's and this skull printed is my favorite
(so far). I also spotted LC aviators that look more expensive than their twenty dollar price tag.

What I'm Loving Now: Hint of Mint

One of my favorite colors every spring is mint and for those of you in the minty-fresh fashion club, it's sporting a fresh new look paired with a darker hue or denim. The color is also the perfect shade to transition your winter wardrobe into the new season. It's no surprise that many of my favorites are from Target, their shoe collection in the last two weeks has been amazing and don't be afraid to rock some loafers, a chic staple in the Michael Kors brand.

12 Tuesday Temptations under $30

I'm looking forward to wearing some brighter spring shades paired with the always fashionable, basic black. Thanks to some slightly cooler temps here in Los Angeles and inspired by New York fashion week, this classic trench coat caught my eye. I cannot get enough statement tees or sweatshirts (if you are a regular reader you know what an addict I am!) and this ironic take on Vogue magazine is too much for me to handle...I just love it! So many temptations this week.

Anchor's Away! New Old Navy Arrivals + Store pics!!

          With January almost behind us (that was quick!), spring arrivals are bringing a wave of nautical style to get your sailor girl on in full swing! Old Navy has an entire collection of all things nautical with anchors and stripes adorning sweaters, shirts, scarves, and bags. While I am patiently waiting for everything to show up at my local store, here is a peek at what is available with more styles to come.  I also couldn't resist adding this adorable necklace from Forever 21 and a chic headband from Nordstrom. I'll be adding a bit of nautical glam to my wardrobe with the back-in- stock sequin tank top for only $8!

 Statement necklaces are continuing their reign this spring with more swoon-worthy pieces that will have you looking glam in an instant! I decided to focus on Forever 21's new arrivals since they are
the most affordable finds for everyone. The retail giant is taking a page (almost literally) from the iconic J.Crew and producing some quality necklaces with the same chic style. The first necklace is so pretty and nearly identical to a previous J.Crew necklace, scoop that one up while you can! I love that you can dress up a simple tee and jeans by simply wearing a statement necklace.

This weekend I literally shopped until I dropped and gave new meaning to "shopping is my cardio". I found so many amazing deals and also saw some new favorites to add to my growing shopping list. I'll admit after scooping up sweaters for less than ten dollars, even considering making a full-price purchase this weekend wasn't going to happen. 1 Zara Wrap-Around Sweater Now that I am closer to a Zara store, I make frequent stops to check out new arrivals and I am constantly amazed at the quality of merchandise and this sweater is a steal!

 

2 Chic Sweatshirt It literally has chic written on it, so you can't wrong, plus it has cool faux leather shoulder details.

 

3 Black Tote If I had more closet space, I would fill it with Forever 21 handbags, their affordable bags are some of the best buys out there, well worth spending a few extra dollars.

 

4 Cardigan Gap is having a huge sweater sale just for a few days and this cardigan comes in all colors, so stock up for only twenty dollars.

 

5 Philisophy Set This is a lovely set to keep in a bathroom for some extra luxury.

 

6 Heels While most of the shoes at F21 are a bit overpriced in my opinion, these are great to throw on with some jeans for a few hours.

 

7 Cable Knit Sweater So many great Gap sweaters on sale is this is a heavier and cozy winter knit.

 

8 Jeans Old Navy is having a big sale and my favorite jeans are on sale for a limited time.
