Ipsy Glam Bag - December 2013

The December Ipsy Glam Bag theme is 'Celebration' and it's all about the sparkle! My favorite items in the bag are the bag itself, the mini nail polish, and the beauty blender (the most buzzed about "sponge" like, ever.) While the make-up in this month's bag are decent enough products, the colors I received aren't the best on this girl's pale skin. Even though I don't love every single product, I still only paid $10 for $36 worth of beauty surprises, adding the price of the beauty blender and the value jumps to $60, not bad at all. Ps.I still get beyond happy to see the pink metallic bag in the mail too!

'Celebration' Theme and Bag

 Be A Bombshell 'The One Stick' in 'Sunset', Full Size $16

This is an all-in-one stick that can be used on lips, cheeks, or eyelids.

The color I received is a shimmery coral, I'll have to play around with it more

 because it seems a little orange on me and that is not a good look!

J.Cat Big Lip Pencil in 'Caramel Mocha', Full Size $3.99

While I love the name of the pencil (hello coffee addict!) and it seems very creamy,

I'm not sure it's a good fit for my skin tone.

POP Beauty Eyeshadow Palette in 'Naturally Bare' $6

I actually love the colors in this palette and I'll definitely use them.

 Ardell Natural Lashes $3.99 in 'Black'

I have never used false lashes (and won't be trying them), but I will

be giving these to a friend who does!

Starrily Nail Polish in 'Bzzz Bzzz', mini size $5

I had never heard of this brand before and it's a 5-free polish, meaning it's free of the harmful chemicals used in a lot of polishes (yay).

This is the cutest little bottle and I perfect to use on New Years!

Beauty Blender - full size w/ make-up cleanser $23.95

This is a product that everyone raves about, but I could never bring myself to pay twenty dollars for a sponge! I'm excited to finally try it and see if it lives up to the hype.
