Friday Favorites: Menswear Inspired under $28 + Weekend Sales!

Fall seems closer than ever this week after seeing pumpkin scented candles gracing the store shelves and the iconic "September Issue" magazines arriving almost daily in my mailbox. One of the big trends this season are menswear-inspired, while I won't be sporting the extreme styles shown on the runway, I do love a few "borrowed from the boys" pieces to create a polished look.

I've always had a slight obsession with alice + olivia, so if they have a nail collection at Sephora, it's definitely on my list!

2 F21 Ribbed Cardigan $12.90 

This was one of the sweaters that The Fashion Palate posted on her instagram page and my store finally received them in store, cannot believe you can get a chunky fall cardigan for only $13!

3 Skinny Belt $12.99 

Skinny belts easy way to give your waist some shape, belt them around a boyfriend sweater to fell more pulled together. 

4 Merona Flats $18.39 ($22.99)

I love a good flat and I finally tried this one on ( was in laced Converse the first time around and that is not a good shoe to slip on and off), seems like a good fit and I do enjoy my animal prints.

5 F21 Faux Leather Tote $27.90

This wine tote was beautiful in person and I know every time there is a new structured tote, it's considered a "Madewell dupe", but this one has similar structure and look, and it's a fraction of the real handbag that sells for $178!

6 H&M Scarf $12.99 

H&M is one of my favorite places to purchase "dressy" scarves, they add some major chic points to your look for way less and they received quite a few this week.

7 H&M Shirtdress $19.90 

I've been seeing shirt dresses styled over denim and pants more and more, a cool weekend look or for work depending on your environment.

8 F21 Statement Watch $17.90

One of my favorite statements continues to pop up and this oversized watch is a fun way to wear it.

9 H&M Sunglasses $6.95 

I don't usually find sunglasses at H&M as much as F21, but these were supermodel cool.

10 Fedora $16.99
This hat is one of those perfect fall pieces to throw on and walk out the door while looking chic!
