{celeb style notebook} Emmy Rossum

 March is here, which means warmer weather is just around the corner. I love Emmy Rossum's fresh  nautical inspired look while she does a little antique shopping in Los Angeles. I also found a pic of her wearing a jacket later in the day, a great idea for the cooler temps. I found almost everything at Target to steal her style and a cute charm necklace from Forever 21.
