Hobby Lobby 30+ Store Pics: New Home Arrivals

This past weekend, I went to Hobby Lobby for gold pineapple bookends (even cuter in person!) and was not prepared for all of the chic home items throughout the store. I know that every time I shop at Hobby Lobby, I will be there for a very long time, the store is huge and it takes me awhile to navigate since I don't shop there every week like my other favorite stores. I snapped store pics so you can make a list of your must-have items and and get a peek at what's available. They always have coupons on their website to use in store, don't forget to use them to save extra money.

Target Entertaining - Chic Bar Cart and Accessories

I have always been a fan of a cool bar cart, and Target's new collection of foxy entertaining will have you getting your drink on in style! Bar carts have been all the rage seen on the TV show Mad Men and celebrity spaces to create that chic vibe. While my store didn't have every piece out just yet, the quality was impressive for such an affordable and upscale-looking line with prices starting at $19.99 and going up to $129 for the bar cart, a steal if you are in the market for one.

Will you be adding or creating your own chic bar-style at home?

Shop the collection here.

H&M Online Shopping - Home Edition under $30

Just yesterday, I mentioned in my blog post that H&M had announced their online store for the U.S. would launch in September..well, September came early and shopping online is now a very happy reality!!

The affordable and chic home store is what has me most excited. This modern meets vintage style includes duvets sets for less than thirty dollars, kitchen items with a very Anthropologie vibe, and all around fun accessories. Since I haven't seen anything in person, I can't comment on the quality of the merchandise, but that won't stop be from buying a few items that are in my shopping cart..someone has to review them!

Check out everything for yourself, there is so much to see and an affordable way to update your space. * Discount codes at the end of this post.

Will you be shopping online - what are you favorite items?

Target x FEED Collection and 70% off Home Decor!

Target launched it's new designer collaboration with Lauren Bush's FEED USA on Sunday. Feed donates the money from each item purchased to provide meals for families in the United States. This collection includes clothing, home décor, and the tote bag that started it all. This designer line arrived quietly and without the usual designer frenzy that sends us fashionistas to start shopping the moment the doors open. While I love the idea behind this collection, it's not much to get excited about. I'm pretty sure things will hit the clearance aisle fairly quickly and maybe then I will pick up a tote bag or two.

The home department inside Target has been getting better and better every month, but the last few weeks have shown us to patiently wait until the items have been marked down to practically nothing. I found a few things yesterday to redecorate my place for 70% off! It felt like a treasure hunt when I stopped and shopped at three of my stores to find things I had wanted at full price.

What did you think of the FEED collection, will you be buying anything?

...and what did you find on clearance at Target?

Read about FEED at here.

Shop the entire FEED collection here .

Basics like a denim shirt are the main items in this collection.

T-shirts looked untouched at my store and it was already the afternoon.

Accessories seemed to be the most popular items, with the hats nearly sold out at all three stores
 I visited.

I liked the tote bag on the left, more practical than some of the larger bags.

Very average looking sweatshirts and tank tops.

The bags are HUGE! btw..my nails matched the bag, LOL..so I had to share :)

The home items included mini notebook sets, journals, ipad covers, and phone cases.

Storage Bins are a cool idea.

Kitchenware included plates, bowls, storage canisters and
the $7 rolled tote (bottom right), which sold out online.

Pillows and blankets. The color palette is very Americana or 4th of July.

The blankets seems like nice quality, but I don't need one for $30 in the summer heat.

The polka dot baking dish (I know it's hard to see the cute pattern) was adorable and the kitchen towels were nice, 3pk for $10

Clearance finds:
That sunburst mirror is now $15 and the pillows ranged from $11.98 - $13.98

Whoa, lots of lamp bases were less than $20 and the shades were around $5

These mirrors will add some pop of color to the walls for only $7.48! (reg $25)

Add some glam style to your home, also only $7.48

My favorite find:
I had my eye on this unusual and cool wall art piece since it came out a few months ago.

I went home with the Nate Berkus cream tortoise shell for only $11.98 (reg $50)

5 Ways to add instant Glamour to your room + Splurge v. Steal

I am always on the hunt to add a little glamour to my home using affordable pieces that will (hopefully) make a big impact. I found accessories you can use in your own space without spending a fortune.

What are your favorite "affordable chic" places to shop?

1)Pillows Nordstrom Flokati $38.86 (reg $58), Nate Berkus Geometric $24.99, Nate Berkus Snakeskin $24.99//

1 Pillows Fluffy Flokati, Geometric and Faux Animal Prints & Textures add high drama to your chair or sofa.

2 Mirrored Frames reflect light and remember to be creative! You can frame anything that inspires you (not just a traditional picture). I frame quotes, postcards, and pictures from books.

3 Decorative Boxes to store items that aren't pretty enough to put on display or keep a jewelry box (espcially in Tiffany blue) out and store rarely used pieces.

4 Gold & Metallics that literally reflect your style. I love seashells and nautical objects, so I chose one of my recent favorites from the Nate Berkus for Target Collection (a steal for only $10).

5 Coffee Table Books Chanel is a classic and looks beautiful on a coffee table with it's black & white cover. All fashion and decor books make a nice statement when displayed on your table with a glass candle placed on top.

My inspiration via Sally Wheat Interiors

The coveted Parsons table, a personal favorite of mine.
The original version includes a drawer, but I like the cleaner look of the "steal" better
and it's a fraction of the price.
West Elm Parsons $399// Target Mirrored Table $99.99 (reg $129)
*save an extra 15% on your select furniture purchase of $125 or more

Target Thresold Modern Cottage

Target's New Home Decor Collection by Thresold is called Modern Cottage - the bright tangerine orange, the turquoise, the black and white graphic patterns rival the best of Crate and Barrel any day, but are much more affordable. I really love this collection as you can probably tell from all of the pictures I took. Oh, and I cannot forget all of the parrots..the parrots took me by surprise a bit, I'll probably be passing on those little fellas, I don't want my owls to get jealous.

Will you be shopping this collection, any favorites?

Shop the collection online here ♥  ( I saw even more furniture items that I didn't see in person!)

The colors and patterns really set this collection apart from their usual decor pieces.
The graphic ottomans are $54.99

  mirrored accent tables $89

The first of many parrots and the cool lattice tray for $29.99
