H&M Online Shopping - Home Edition under $30

Just yesterday, I mentioned in my blog post that H&M had announced their online store for the U.S. would launch in September..well, September came early and shopping online is now a very happy reality!!

The affordable and chic home store is what has me most excited. This modern meets vintage style includes duvets sets for less than thirty dollars, kitchen items with a very Anthropologie vibe, and all around fun accessories. Since I haven't seen anything in person, I can't comment on the quality of the merchandise, but that won't stop be from buying a few items that are in my shopping cart..someone has to review them!

Check out everything for yourself, there is so much to see and an affordable way to update your space. * Discount codes at the end of this post.

Will you be shopping online - what are you favorite items?

 1 Wooden Box $12.95 // 2 Tall Glass Vase $12.95  // 3  Glass Vase $7.95//

H&M clearance Sale and New shorts for under $10

H&M started their summer clearance event and I didn't want anyone to miss it! Do yourself a favor and arrive at this store before noon, otherwise be prepared to wait in an endless line. I walked out empty handed since I didn't make it there until the afternoon, but I still wanted to check things out to see if it would be worth my time to shop this sale and the answer is a big yes. Between the clearance prices starting at $5 and the new items priced around $10, they have a lot to offer right now, especially if you are in the market for some summer travel wear.

Loving the fresh resort color palette of navy, grey, and white. I know it may seem "boring" to some of you, but it is such a classic look and a great way to mix it up with your bright and neon hues.

Cool new shoes and accessories

 Cute Shorts for only $9.97

It seemed like the entire store was on sale!

$10 Dresses are a steal for summer, some of the more expensive ones were marked down $15

Summer Safari under $30 {city style}

On my weekend shopping outing, I didn't realize it at the time, but so many items I picked up reminded me of a summer safari..not that I would ever actually be on a safari, but I do like to dress the part, well, at least a version of "safari" and this would be it. The lace shorts are the prettiest little things I've seen lately and the gold straw clutch is so cool. I also have my eye on the Old Navy flats and really need to shop at H&M again because for some reason I never seem to have enough time in there.

What's your favorite item?

1 F21 Zebra Ring $6.80// 2 H&M Straw Clutch $12.95 (available in other colors and leopard)//
3 Maybelline Nail Polish in 'Orange Fix' and 'Bold Gold' $3 // 4 H&M Olive Top $4.95 //

Weekend Notebook - Forever 21 + H&M

I headed to Forever 21 to take advantage of an extra 50% off Sale items (use online code EXTRA50 ), I needed the Leopard Coat for only $12.50, well, I wanted it anyway. It was slim pickings at my store, so I quickly moved on to shop the new Spring offerings and a few studded bags. The jewelry alone took up half my shopping time, so many great deals for under $10 that are similar to many high end stores. I own a few F21 necklaces and people are always surprised to hear where they are from, a great way to add some sparkle and freshness to an older outfit without spending a small fortune.

I spent less than $16 and walked away with an owl necklace and a black studded pouch..I am saving for the Prabal Gurung for Target Collection after all.

I also made a quick trip to H&M, but as usual the store was super crowded, so I was only able to snap a few handbags that were $20 or less. My store was mainly filled with clearance racks, so I am patiently waiting for the new merchandise to fill the shelves. I do live in Los Angeles and a girl can only own so many Fall/Winter wardrobe items here.

I also stopped at Love Culture, a clothing store similar to F21 and H&M. They are currently expanding their locations, and the quality of the clothing is impressive with at least half of it being Made in USA. Seek this store out in your area if you have one, it is often less crowded on the weekends compared to F21.

What have you found at Forever 21 or H&M this week? I love to hear what everyone else is finding!

French & Nautical united together on a C'est La Vie Sweater for $24.80

Studded Coin Pouch for $7.80 (also in black/silver)
I purchased this to keep my receipts organized in my handbag, it is the size of a smaller clutch.

Pretty sheer Leopard Blouse, but I already have several spotty shirts taking up residence in my closet. I loved the black chain purse for work to carry your favorite magazines and still look chic.

Audrey Hepburn Sleeveless T-shirt available at the store Love Culture for $14.95

Latte "Clutch" ( very large "clutch") for $20 with a chain strap from H&M.

Brightly colored bags and nautical stripes dominated the displays.

All of the fun jewelry finds from Forever 21
I wish I had my ears pierced, nautical cuties for only $1.50// Assortment of necklaces for $8.80//
Studded Wrapp Bracelets $6.80// Chunky Pendant Necklaces $6.80, that's my little owl necklace.

{Masion Martin Margiela Collection for HM }

H and M's Newest Collection features French Fashion House Masion Martin Margiela. A very avante-garde (in other words, not for everyone) re-edition of clothing and accessories from various past seasons showcasing oversized clothing.

This is one of the strangest collections I have seen from a popular retailer like H&M and the items are only in selected stores. My favorite was the Down Jacket that looked exactly like my duvet cover on my bed selling for a whopping $349!! I enjoyed seeing the interesting displays and clothing, just not my fashion style.

What do you think of the collection - did you get a chance to see it for yourself?

Store Window Display
I really loved the way this collection was merchandised
like a boutique within the store.

The "official" label to identify the
original issue date of the item.

No, those are not Duvets, they are
$350 down jackets, would you ever?

Very pretty colors and very high displays
that almost went to the ceiling.
An interesting T-shirt, I'm pretty
sure there is a face looking at me.
